The Invention of Hugo Cabret
This term, we are using The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick as our book driver for our learning. The book Hugo, a 12-year-old orphan living secretly in the walls of a Paris train station in the 1930s. He maintains the station’s clocks and dreams of completing a mysterious mechanical automaton his father was fixing before he died.
In our topic lessons, we will be learning all about inventions!
